Service Description

Experience the healing power of energy with a 30-minute Reiki session with sound healing. Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps to unblock energy build-ups and balance the chakras. During this session, you will be able to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, and ultimately restore balance to your physical and mental wellbeing. While the Reiki energy is being used, I will also utilize the vibrational energy from various instruments to deepen the relaxation. The vibrations from the instruments will gently move through you and move the energy. During the session you will lay or sit in a relaxing environment, fully clothed, while I use energy and sound to work on blocked channels. Instruments that could be used include, tuning forks, chimes, tingshas, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, mini steel hand drum, and shakers. Depending on your needs, I will use the instruments that will yield the best results. Therefore, not all of the instruments may be used. A variety of emotions and/or feelings could arise during the session, but your comfort is my top priority.
